Recommendation Guide

Who is Jamworks for?

Jamworks empowers disabled and neurodivergent people to be more productive and thrive at work.

It is particularly useful for:

  • Dyslexic people
  • People with ADHD
  • Deaf & hard of hearing people
  • People who experience anxiety & depression
  • People with motor impairment

How does Jamworks help?

Jamworks has a number of unique features that support employees:

Live captions

Being able to follow fast and accurate live captions on desktop and mobile devices enables Deaf and hard of hearing people to participate in online and in-person meetings and discussions.

Record meetings

The Jamworks AI meeting assistant joins every meeting in the calendar and records it. This helps reduce stress and anxiety for people who often experience lapses of concentration, such as those with ADHD. It is also incredibly valuable to people with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression because it allows them to catch up on meetings that they didn’t feel up to attending.

Accessible meeting note taker

Jamworks allows people to take meeting notes at the touch of a button. By simply selecting one button, Jamworks will timestamp and save a highlight clip of any moment in a meeting. This highlight can be revisited as a subtitled video, an audio snippet, a text transcript or an AI summary of the key points discussed. This feature is especially useful for those who find it difficult to listen and take notes at the same time, such as dyslexic people and people with ADHD or those who find the physical act of writing or typing difficult, such as those with motor impairment.

Transcribe meetings

Accessing word for word transcripts of calls and meetings make it easier and more accessible for people to review what was said. This is useful for all, but essential for Deaf and hard of hearing people.

Summarise meetings

Jamworks uses the latest AI training models to summarise the key points from meetings and generate a list of action items. This productivity boosting AI feature is a gamechanger for people with ADHD who may otherwise leave meetings feeling confused and stressed because they may have zoned out when they were assigned a task.

Customisation

Jamworks has a number of customisation options that achieve and go beyond WCAG AA 2.1 guidelines to make the application more accessible, such as:
  • Custom text size & colour
  • Readable fonts
  • Highlighted titles & links
  • Custom background colours
  • Hide images, mute sounds & stop animations
  • Custom contrast and saturation
  • Custom video playback speed
  • Screen reader compatibility
  • Keyboard navigation
  • Preset profiles: Seizure safe, Vision impaired, ADHD friendly & Cognitive disability
